The purpose of this study was to identify the function public relations in DPRA Secretariat order improve management performance. extent which sector secretariat has developed existing into a more varied with aim improving relevant agencies is also studied study. problem focused on performance division Aceh Provincial DPRD. method used qualitative approach, where procedures research produced are descriptive data, namely words or written answers from several sources and results direct observations field.
